Job Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans and learning modules
- Teach fundamental reading comprehension skills and literary analysis
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage different styles of learners
- Prepare and grade assignments and exams
- Maintain detailed attendance records and student files
- Manage parent relationships and provide regular updates
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Ensure safety and security standards are upheld
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related major
- Master’s degree preferred
- 2-3+ years' experience
- Experience teaching at secondary classroom level and/or college level is desired
- Ability to establish and maintain engaging classroom
- Commitment to continuous learning

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 based on experience
